Yuanguang Bearing Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing company established in 1992, located in Huaiyang, Zhoukou, Henan Province, China. We specialize in the production of pillow block bearings, bearing housings, and related industrial components.

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing: Prices are quoted in USD or RMB and may vary based on order quantity, specifications, and market conditions. Custom orders may require separate quotations.

Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts or purchase orders. Standard terms typically require deposit upon order confirmation and balance before shipment.

Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and production schedule. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates.

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

Quality Standards: All products are manufactured according to industry standards and our internal quality control procedures. We maintain ISO certification and follow international bearing industry standards.

Warranty Limitations: This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the customer.

Remedy: Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace defective products at our discretion. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

All intellectual property rights in our products, designs, documentation, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of Yuanguang Bearing Co., Ltd.

Customers may not reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our proprietary designs without written authorization. Any custom designs created for customers may be subject to separate intellectual property agreements.

Use of our trademarks, logos, or company name requires prior written consent and must comply with our brand guidelines.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yuanguang Bearing Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

The arbitration shall be conducted in Beijing, China, in English or Chinese language as mutually agreed by the parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our products or services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we may provide additional notice to existing customers.

Individual contracts or purchase orders may contain additional or different terms that supersede these general terms for specific transactions.
