6400 Series
Deep Groove Ball Bearings consist of an outer ring, an inner ring, a set of steel balls, and a cage. Deep groove ball bearings are available in single-row and double-row configurations. Deep groove ball bearings are also classified into sealed and open configurations. Open configurations are unsealed, while sealed deep groove ball bearings are classified into dust-proof seals and oil-proof seals. Dust-proof configurations are stamped from steel and simply prevent dust from entering the bearing raceways. Oil-proof configurations use contact seals, effectively preventing grease from escaping the bearing.

Product Advantages
Versatility
They can support both radial and axial loads, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
Reliability
Their simple design and construction make them highly durable and resistant to wear, leading to a long service life.
Cost-effectiveness
Compared to other types of bearings, deep groove ball bearings are relatively inexpensive and offer a good cost-performance ratio.
Smooth operation
The balls in the bearing allow for smooth, low-friction rotational motion, reducing noise and vibration.
High-speed capability
Deep groove ball bearings can operate at high speeds, making them suitable for high-speed applications.
Wide operating temperature range
These bearings are designed to withstand a range of temperatures and can be used in extreme temperature environments.
Easy to maintain
Deep groove ball bearings are low maintenance, requiring only occasional lubrication to maintain their performance.
Industrial Applications
Trusted solutions for diverse industrial scenarios.
