1.High-center vertical housing: The bearing housing is a cast high-center vertical housing. Compared with the standard vertical housing, the center height of the bearing is increased, making it suitable for scenarios where the shaft and the installation surface are relatively far apart.

2.Structure with set screws: The inner ring of the bearing protrudes at both ends and is equipped with two stop screws. Through these two screws, the inner ring of the bearing can be firmly fixed to the shaft.

3.Good self-aligning performance: It can automatically correct the axis center deviation caused by installation errors or shaft bending, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment. It can effectively compensate for errors such as non-coincidence of the axis lines and deformation of the installation bottom surface during installation.

4.Strong load-bearing capacity: The outer spherical structure increases the contact area, enabling it to withstand large radial loads and certain axial loads, making it suitable for various heavy-load working conditions.

5.Easy installation: No additional bearing box design is required. It can be directly installed at the designated position of the main unit through bolts, which is convenient to use and can effectively simplify the surrounding structure.

6.Easy maintenance: Some models are equipped with oil injection holes, which facilitate the replenishment of grease and effectively extend the service life of the bearings.

7.Good versatility and interchangeability: The bearings in the bearing unit are interchangeable. When a bearing inside is damaged, it can be replaced separately, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
